With a focus on semantic tags and making it as easy as possible to build beautiful pages, awesome has built a CSS framework that anyone an pick up and use to build with.

While the project hasn't been updated in a while, that doesn't mean it's not awesome! It's easy to get started with awsm.css and use it to make websites today, so take it out for a spin!
